Apple festival

It has become a tradition: we will celebrate the apple at the Aquascope Virelles on the weekend of October 19 and 20, with a good thirty varieties of fruit offered for sale. We will remain loyal to our Walloon producers from the Meuse Valley and the region of Gembloux and Fleurus.

Apples and pears, there will be more than 4.5 tons, 30 to 40 different varieties, for sale, to taste, to discover. Stock up before winter!

In all shapes, all colors, all tastes… Enough to satisfy the most difficult consumer! Also come and rediscover the flavor of the fruits of yesteryear, these old varieties which are coming back into fashion, thanks to their resistance to disease, their easy acclimatization or their taste qualities.

But the apple is also an open door to the thousand simple joys offered by Nature: planting a tree, seeing it grow and produce, tasting its fruits, transforming them, cooking them, observing the guests of the orchard…

To take full advantage of it, the Virelles Aquascope is organizing these two days for you, full of colors and flavors, with multiple approaches!
